The "Come Dance With Me" program, led by Shanna Richardson, is designed to nurture your child's creativity, free movement, and cognitive development. Through exploration and experience, children will discover their potential in a fun and supportive environment.

Our 24 years of experience have shown that a familiar routine provides young dancers with a sense of security and comfort. Beginning and closing each class with the same activity fosters a safe and predictable space for learning and growth.

This pre-school dance enrichment program allows our teachers to implement our core philosophy, centred around the four 'E's: Education, Enjoyment, Expression, and Encouragement. The program's flexible structure emphasises experimentation with movement over perfection, ensuring an enjoyable and effective learning experience.

Imagine your child flourishing in a social setting, developing self-discipline, etiquette, teamwork, independence, and, above all, having fun and staying active.

Over the past 9 years, many of our "Come Dance With Me" students have become British Dance champions, excelling in school with newfound confidence, resilience, and motivation.

The program joining fee of £55 is due at the start of the term. Upon payment, your child will receive a passport that will be used in every class to track their progress. The passport will include feedback on their class discipline, overall experience, and learning achievements, allowing you to stay informed about their development throughout the program.

During the Assessment and Class Performance Day, children will showcase rehearsed exercises in a group setting before a CSTD examiner and their parents, held at The Big Dance Company in a classroom setting. Each child will receive a special achievement disc for their bag and a CSTD Certificate of Completion to celebrate their accomplishments in The Big Dance Company Pre-school Dance Program.

Parents are cordially invited to attend the assessment and meet the examiner. This program offers a unique opportunity to monitor your child's progress, helping to keep them motivated and engaged.

Once your child has successfully passed the exam, they can graduate to the Main Jazz syllabus Pre Jazz starting January 2026.

This class is covered by a regular payment every month.

Subscription payments are taken on the first of every month in advance of lessons and spread equally over 12 months. This price takes into account scheduled holidays.
